To ensure that your application process is finished in a timely manner, please make sure the following items are completed upon submittal:
Application is COMPLETELY filled out, signed and dated. You will be required to view the Property you are applying for.

You will also need to submit the below items by email to smc_rentals@yahoo.com or bring a copy in to the Office.

1.) Copy of Driver’s License 2.) Copy of Most Recent Month's Earning Statements.

There is a $25 Application Fee for anyone 18 yrs and older who will be living in the home.

After submitting the Application, you may pay the Application Fee/s by visiting our Home Page. Choose "Make a Payment",

Choose the Address you are applying for and Application Fee as Type of Payment. Follow the instructions.
